Seeking main objective, respect the visual impact, for it, the market is respected and precise vision from anywhere in the surrounding streets. Light plays an important role, it is responsible for the disposition of uses (a kindergarten and day care center) Inside a square arises, thus providing a totally permeable ground floor building, so that rises above the ground, being the only points of support, communication cores that are not only the structure but also the facilities.
