Gaining space for the M30 is a reason for the location. Taking advantage of the traffic circulation, a noisy plane and a movement plane are distinguished, that differentiate between an active and a passive place.  The idea of city´s extension is pursued, for this, the difference on height will allow access at the top that will cover the programs and result in an approach to the city where the construction and the gardens stop being categorised and become the same substance as the project. Interior and exterior are closely linked by a deck that follows along the ground, and masks the program. A nursery, a day centre and a hospital, are three distinct uses in the three linked pieces of the project.
