On and around the gas station two projects arise. One (below) projecting minimum on it and two houses: redesigning apple harboring surrounding commercial premises, offices and homes.

In the first, is also planning a robotic parkin for individuals, a luxury in the neighborhood.

Located in central Madrid, seeks 'urban continuity'. A term damaged today with unemployment of buildings, or the mega-blocks on the outskirts of the city. This term is reflected in the building, through some holes that constantly attempt to break this continuity achieved through a horizontal slats, which, in turn, filter the light in such a sunny as this block.
